Led by Jordan Hallam, RPP, MCIP, CivicEdge Planning provides planning and development consulting services across British Columbia, with particular expertise in Interior BC and the Kootenays. Services include development applications, rezoning, subdivision approvals, development permits, policy analysis, and municipal liaison support.
 

Before founding CivicEdge Planning, Jordan spent five years working in municipal planning, reviewing development applications, interpreting bylaws and policies, and helping guide projects through the local government approval process. This experience provides a unique understanding of how municipalities evaluate proposals, identify concerns, and make planning decisions.
 

Today, CivicEdge Planning helps clients navigate complex regulatory requirements, anticipate potential challenges, and communicate effectively with local governments. By combining professional planning expertise with firsthand municipal experience, Jordan works to help projects move forward efficiently and with greater certainty.
